Postal Realty Trust purchased two buildings off-market from long-term owners. The two buildings are part of a larger industrial park. We were able to subdivide our properties and agree on an easement agreement with multiple ownership groups of different buildings within the park. Plus, the seller continued to own additional buildings within the industrial park.
